JETLaw is thrilled to continue publishing diverse and timely legal scholarship dedicated to the expanding nexus of entertainment, technology, and law in an increasingly connected world. We recognize that the interdisciplinary fields of technology and various aspects of intellectual property pose novel legal issues in many fields of law, and welcome scholarly submissions from the areas if patents, trademarks, trade secrets, of copyright, science, technology, and entertainment law, among others.

In addition to the printed journal, the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law seeks to connect interested communities through its blog, which features accessible legal analysis of current events, cases, and issues related to the journal’s scope.
