Awards


Each year, awards are made to deserving members of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law’s editorial staff.

  • Chris Lantz Memorial Outstanding Service Award: Awarded to the student, other than the editor-in-chief, who has made the most significant contribution to the advancement of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law.
  • Student Writing Award: Awarded to the student submitting the most outstanding piece of student writing for publication in the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law.
  • Best Blogger: Awarded to a student who wrote exceptional blog posts throughout the year.
  • Best Blog Commenter: Awarded to a student who made exceptional contributions to discussion on the JETLaw blog throughout the year.
  • Technology: Awarded to a student who made exceptional contributions to JETLaw’s technology platforms.
  • Impact Award: Awarded to a 3L editor (not on the Senior Editorial Board) who made a significant positive impact on the quality of life on the Journal. The recipient is selected based on input from the 2L staff.
