The authors presented draft versions of the Articles in this Issue at the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law Symposium on January 27, 2012. The Symposium focused on legal issues surrounding copyright and creative forms, facilitating dialogue regarding the evolution of both law and creative expression. Panels addressed the intersection of copyright and arguably creative works.
