Dramatic Changes: International Trade’s Effect on Intellectual Property and Human Rights

The Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law and Professor Daniel Gerveis will be hosting our 2018 Symposium. This year’s event is titled JETLaw Symposium, Dramatic Changes: The Effect of International Trade on Intellectual Property and Human Rights. It will take place on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Vanderbilt Law School. The Symposium will feature three panels of scholars discussing issues related to the intersection of Intellectual Property, International Trade, and Human Rights. Additionally, Professors Rochelle Dreyfuss of New York University Law School and Susy Frankel of Victoria University of Wellington will deliver a keynote address. The Symposium is open to practicing attorneys.
